Il costo della vita a bangkok e variabile dipende da come si vuole vivere e quale tenore di vita si vuole fare.

Detto quanto scritto sopra andiamo a scoprire i costi reali è non fittizi come molti siti web scrivono che si vive con 500/600€ al mese:

Esempio di vita in solitaria e senza autovettura o moto.

I costi mensili comprensivi di alloggio, internet in casa, Internet su cellulare, elettricità, acqua, taxi, Bts, Divertimento etc.. sono di circa € 1500.00. Ovviamente non bisogna andare al ristorante tutti i giorni. Il calcolo è stato fatto tenendo in considerazione che si mangia in casa 5 giorni a settimana.

Costo Internet fibra in casa e di circa 15/20€ 
Costo elettricità al mese circa 60/70€
Abbonamento mensile internet su cellulare circa 10/12€ 
costo consumo acqua mensile è circa: 6/8€
costo per spostarsi in bangkok con mezzi pubblici o in taxi, +/- 100/150€ al mese. 
Costo per mangiare una vera pizza al ristorante 4 volte al mese è di 50/60€
Costo per mangiare un buon piatto di Spaghetti Seafood al ristorante Italiano 4 volte al mese è di 50/70€ 
Costo settimanale per comprare Prodotti italiani, Carne, Pesce, detersivi etc.. al supermarcato è di circa 80/100€
La restante parte del budget può essere utilizzato per Divertirsi o viaggiare alla scoperta di nuovi posti.

Se si prende in considerazione di vivere in periferia di Bangkok, il costo della vita scende notevolmente.
Ovviamente parliamo di un livello di vita che varia da 5/6 su 10.
Senza entrare nello specifico come scritto precedentemente, il budget di spesa mensile varia tra 800/1000€
